Saturday 11th Jul This August, I'm stepping up for the Red, Set, Go! challenge to support Red Nose, and I need your help. Did you know that every day in Australia, 9 families lose their precious baby or child suddenly and unexpectedly? It's a heartbreaking statistic. But it's also a number that's moving in the right direction because of the work Red Nose does. Since Red Nose Day began, almost 13,000 babies are alive today who might not otherwise be. Red Nose works alongside frontline healthcare professionals across Australia, distributing over 200,000 printed resources across Australia. Red Nose also answered over 2,000 calls on their Safe Sleep Advice Line in the last 12 months, helping anxious mums, dads and carers, with reassurance and real support. This gives families trusted, research-backed information on safe sleep and safer pregnancies, right when they need it most.
