I'm taking on 3km a day throughout August

In honour of Kham Dwayne

4 months ago we lost our baby boy to multiple major brain abnormalities at 30 weeks. 

Navigating a late term loss has been challenging but something major that has helped me get through this season is staying in contact with the red nose bereavement support team for councilling with other bereaved parents. 

Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath. 

I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak. That’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!
