In honor of Millie

As many of you know our daughter Millie was born sleeping at 28 weeks in May last year.

After Millie went to heaven I joined the Home to Hospital program through Red Nose. Through the program I was matched with a beautiful volunteer who I spoke with regularly about navigating the grief of losing our baby girl and the fears that come with pregnancy after loss.

We spoke about everything. The good, the hard and the things that sadly many people can't truly understand unless they've experienced the loss of a child themselves.

I will always be incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion and support I received. The Red Nose team became such an important part of my journey and they'll forever hold a special place in my heart.

This August in honour of our darling Millie, Mitch and I will be taking part in the Red, Set, Go Challenge. We'll be walking 3 km every day to raise funds for vital research, counselling and support for families like ours who have experienced the heartbreaking loss of a precious baby or child.
