I'm taking on 3km a day throughout August

We are fundraising to save little lives this August! In memory of our Little WInny #1726

When we lost our beautiful baby boy Winston, shortly after he was born our world changed forever.

Before this happened, we never truly understood everything a family goes through after losing a baby.Ā  Along with the unimaginable grief comes so many unexpected expenses and responsibilities that no parent ever thinks they'll have to face.Ā 

You're trying to say goodbye to your child while somehow continuing to be an adult, making decisions, paying bills, organising a funeral, and finding a way to keep going when your heart is completely broken. It's not easy.

So this August myself and Beau will walk 3km daily in memory of our Winston.

We will be raising funds for Red Nose to help other families going through similar situations.Ā  Their support, resources, and advocacy help families through the darkest days of their lives, while also funding research that gives hope to future families.

If sharing Winston's story can help even one family or contribute to preventing another family from experiencing this heartbreak, then his little life will continue to make a difference.
