❤️ Red Nose Day 2026 – Raising Awareness, Honouring Little Lives ❤️
This August, we are proud to be participating in Red Nose Day to help raise awareness and vital funds for Red Nose Australia.
Sadly, we know that the work Red Nose does is deeply personal for many families. Within our own Gymea Pre-Kindergarten community, we have families whose lives have been touched by the devastating loss of a baby or child. Out of respect for their privacy, we won't share their stories, but we stand alongside them with compassion, love and support.
Every day, families across Australia experience the unimaginable heartbreak of losing a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), or the sudden and unexpected death of a child. Red Nose provides these families with bereavement support while also funding world-leading research and education to help save little lives.
Throughout the month, our children will be learning about the importance of kindness, compassion and helping others in age-appropriate ways. As a community, we hope to not only raise funds but also raise awareness of the incredible work Red Nose does to support families during some of the most difficult times imaginable.
