In honour of Violet

Every day in Australia, nine families lose a baby or child suddenly and unexpectedly.

This year, we were one of them.

Our baby girl Violet was born sleeping at 21 weeks gestation. Despite every effort, no cause could be found. 

This August, we’re running and walking 3km each day in her honour — and in honour of all the little lives gone too soon. We’re taking part in the Red, Set, Go Challenge to help fund vital research, provide support to grieving families, and bring hope where it’s needed most.
