Motherhood for me didn’t begin with quiet new-born cuddles at home, but with an emergency arrival, beeping machines and 5 long nights in the NICU.
It was pumping milk in the dark at 3am while someone else cared for my baby Boston, and I slept with my sleeping baby Mason. Then we spent hours staring at Boston fiercely through the incubator walls, we whispered prayers and hopes of home beyond the gated double doors.
My arms might be empty but heart is forever full of love.

I was not aware that every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.

Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.

I want to support other parents and families that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives – that’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!

Donate to my fundraiser now, and you’ll help fund vital research that will save little lives – and provide counselling and support to families that have experienced the devastation of losing a precious baby or child. We have been using the services of Red Nose since losing our precious boys and they have provided us immense support and guidance whilst forever managing our loss.
