In November 2024, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to medically terminate our pregnancy due to our baby girl having several abnormalities that were incompatible with life. On December 1st, our little girl was born into the world sleeping peacefully. I hope that participating in this challenge brings greater awareness to the children who we hold close to our hearts, the families who require ongoing support and the cause which continues to require greater advocacy and research.
Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.
Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.
I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives – that’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!
