I’m fundraising to save little lives this August!

Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.

Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.

I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives – that’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!

Combo session of broken 3.6km run in sprints with strength work & rowing 3km

Roadrun to pickup the little one from daycare

Hate treadmills, however; for this cause and the need to mix it up to get it done - punched out a treadmill 3km today. Topped it off with 6x 200m sprints on the true form runner, one for every 3x gym sets. Extra 1.2km.

Day 4

Monday 4th Aug
Short for time on a busy day - had to combine today’s 3km effort into a gym session on the true form runner. 0.622miles =1.00101 kilometres 😌. x3 = 1.866 miles -> 3km ✔️

Day 3 - Sunday trot

Steady Sunday recovery pace trot with the dogs. They got 2km each on rotation 🐕 🐶
