Day One
I managed to clock 8km and 12,000 steps in honour of my dear Percy, mostly walking with Percy's brothers and pushing a pram in to children's parties, the local grocer and the park. But I did spend some solitary time walking as well. It's a lovely practice and I am enjoying this challenge already. It will be lovely to have this yearly ritual to honour him and also bring attention to such an important organisation.
My sister also clocked in her steps in her weekend routine on the streets of Darlinghurst in Sydney.
We are both so humbled and happy to see that we have raised over half our goal already!
