Last year, we lost Kade after he was born at just 26 weeks. We only had two precious days with him before we had to say goodbye. No parent should ever have to experience that kind of heartbreak.

Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia. Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones, while others never get the chance to meet them at all.

I’m taking on this challenge to honour Kade’s memory, support other families who have experienced this unimaginable loss, and help raise funds for vital research that will save little lives. The funds also provide counselling and support to families navigating the devastating loss of a precious baby or child.
