Sunflowers For Koa

My challenge is in honour of Koa Graham

I’m fundraising in memory of Koa this August!

In 2022, our family experienced the unimaginable loss of our beautiful daughter, Koa, at just four days old.

In the midst of our grief, Red Nose was there for us, providing bereavement counselling and support when we needed it most. We will always be grateful for the compassion they showed our family during one of the hardest times of our lives.

This August marks our fourth year fundraising for Red Nose Day in honour of Koa. We call our fundraiser Sunflowers for Koa because sunflowers always turn towards the light. They remind us that even in our darkest days, it’s possible to find moments of hope, love and light while keeping Koa’s beautiful memory close to our hearts.

Every day in Australia, nine babies and young children die suddenly or unexpectedly. Red Nose funds life-saving research, provides education to help prevent these tragedies where possible, and offers free bereavement support to families facing the heartbreaking loss of a baby or child.

Throughout August, we’ll be fundraising in Koa’s memory, and we would be so grateful if you could donate or share our fundraising page.

Every contribution, no matter how big or small, helps fund vital research and ensures families like ours can access the support they need during their darkest moments.

Thank you for helping us honour Koa’s beautiful life and for standing alongside families who have experienced the loss of a precious baby or child. 💗🌻
