Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.
I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives β thatβs why Iβm taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!

Saturday 1st AugOn 1 February 2026, our world changed forever.
Our beautiful son, Billy, was stillborn at 34 weeks. We left the hospital with broken hearts, carrying memories instead of the future we had imagined for him. There are no words to truly describe the pain of saying hello and goodbye at the same time.
In the darkest days of our lives, we quickly learned that grief doesnβt end when you leave the hospital. It follows you home, into every quiet moment, every milestone,Β and every dream of what could have been.
We are so incredibly grateful for the compassionate care and support we have received since losing Billy. From the hospital staff who treated our precious boy with such love and dignity, to the ongoing support weβve received through Red Nose and other bereavement services, weβve been surrounded by kindness when we needed it most. They have reminded us that we donβt have to carry this grief alone.
Billy will always be our son. He will always be Islaβs little brother. He will always be loved, deeply missed and forever part of our family.
This August, Isla and I are taking part in the Red, Set, Go! challenge in Billyβs honour. Every step is for our beautiful boy and for every family who has experienced the unimaginable. If youβre able to support us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your generosity helps ensure other grieving families receive the same compassion and care that has meant so much to ours.
