My challenge is in honour of Ruby
I’m fundraising to save little lives this August!
The 27th of July 2026 will mark 18 years since my twins were born. While one of my girls came home with us, my firstborn, Ruby Ella, was born sleeping, and we had to say goodbye far too soon. Not a day goes by that she isn’t loved, remembered, and a cherished part of our family.
This Red Nose Day, I’m fundraising in Ruby’s memory to help support the incredible work Red Nose does for families affected by stillbirth, miscarriage, SIDS, and the loss of a baby.
Throughout August, I’ve pledged to walk 3 km every day to honour and remember the 3,000 babies and young children who die suddenly and unexpectedly each year in Australia. Every step I take is for Ruby, and for every family who has experienced the heartbreak of losing a child.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I’d be so grateful. If you’re not in a position to donate, simply sharing my fundraiser would mean the world.
Thank you for helping me honour Ruby’s life, celebrate the love she continues to bring to our family, and keep her memory alive. ❤️
