Walking in memory of Lylah 🐞
This August, I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go 3km a day fundraiser in memory of my beautiful daughter, Lylah.
Lylah was born sleeping at 41 weeks on 03/11/2019 due to vasa praevia that was not diagnosed during my pregnancy. Not a day goes by that she isn’t loved, missed, and remembered.
The loss of Lylah is something no parent should ever have to go through. We were left devastated, heartbroken, and trying to navigate a world that suddenly looked so different. During the darkest time of our lives, the support, kindness, and resources available through Red Nose helped us feel less alone and reminded us there were people who understood our grief.
That’s why I’m taking part in this fundraiser. By raising funds and awareness, I hope to support the work that Red Nose does, while honouring Lylah’s memory and other families going through heartbreaking loss.
