I’m fundraising this August in memory of my brother Daniel and my sister Bianca.
Every day in Australia, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly. That’s nine families left with empty arms and broken hearts.
This is deeply personal to me.
My brother Daniel died from SIDS.
My sister Bianca was taken off life support at just 8 months old.
And over the years, I’ve known far too many families who have experienced the heartbreak of miscarriage or stillbirth.
These little lives — no matter how short — mattered.
That’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August: to honour their memory and to help prevent other families from knowing this pain.
