I’m fundraising to save little lives this August!
Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath. I am unfortunately one of the 1 in 4 women who have miscarried their precious angel baby.
I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives. As a nurse working with children and postpartum mums, I have seen the effects first hand of the impact of child loss on families. It is devastating to witness, let alone walk in their grief. That’s why I’m walking 3kms a day on top of working full time as a nurse to raise money and awareness for this amazing cause.
