Running for Zoi – 3km Every Day in August for Red Nose Day
This August, I’m running 3km every single day to raise funds and awareness for Red Nose Day, a cause that is deeply personal to me.
In 2006, I lost my baby sister Zoi when she was just 6 months old. That loss changed my family forever. Red Nose Day supports families like mine – those who have experienced the unimaginable – through grief support, education, and research into the prevention of sudden and unexpected deaths in babies and young children.
Every step I run this month is in memory of Zoi, and in hope for other families to be spared the same heartbreak.
