My challenge is in honour of Mia Cruz
I’m fundraising to save little lives this August in honour of our daughter Mia Cruz.
Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia. Six babies are stillborn. We are part of that statistic. Our little baby Mia Cruz was stillborn at 21 weeks in 2023 and our lives have never been the same.Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.
I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak (just like me), and raise funds to help save little lives – that’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!
