Red set go challenge
Wednesday 15th JulThis August, I’ll be taking part in the Red Set Go Challenge by walking or running 3 km every day for the entire month to raise funds for Red Nose.
For me, this challenge is about so much more than exercise.
On June 15, 2024, our beautiful son, Micah, passed away unexpectedly at just 17 months old. Not a day goes by that we don’t miss him. Every step I take this August is in his memory and for every family who has experienced the unimaginable loss of a baby or child.
Red Nose provides invaluable support to families navigating grief while also funding research, education, and awareness to help save little lives and prevent future tragedies. Their work gives hope, support, and comfort when families need it most.
By committing to 3 km every day throughout August, I’m honouring Micah’s life and helping raise funds so Red Nose can continue supporting families and investing in research that makes a real difference.
