I’m fundraising to save little lives this August!

Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.

Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.

I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives – that’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!

Tuesday 4th Aug
6 weeks ago my entire family shattered. My brother James and his partner Naomi were delivered the most devastating news anyone could hear. Their precious unborn daughter had passed away. My beautiful niece Ruthy Eloise Croyden was so cruelly taken from them at what is to be the most happiest time of their lives. I can’t comprehend their pain and loss. Yet, I also live with a terrible loss in my heart. As do the rest of my family.  We have lost one of our own- our granddaughter, niece and cousin. This grief ripples through our family and while we all try to be strong for James and Naomi, we also try not to fall apart ourselves.  This is the hardest  grief I have ever experienced. You can’t justify that it was “their time” the way you can when someone elderly passes on. You can’t say she lived a full life. But you can say that Ruthy Bear was absolutely loved by her entire family. Forever in our hearts and never forgotten 🫶🏽
