Red Nose Day ❤️
This August, I will be walking 3km every day as part of Red Nose Day, in honour of the 3,000 babies and young children who die suddenly and unexpectedly each year.
For me, this cause is deeply personal.
I am walking in memory of my brother, Michael Mudge, my mum’s first-born child, who tragically passed away from SIDS at just 6 weeks old. Although I never had the chance to meet Michael, his loss has always been a part of our family’s story. The pain of losing a child never truly leaves, and no family should have to endure such heartbreak.
Every step I take throughout August will be for Michael, my mum, and for the thousands of families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a baby or young child.
Red Nose works tirelessly to fund vital research, provide support to grieving families, and help save little lives through education and awareness.
If you are in a position to do so, I would be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter how small. Your support can help make a difference for families facing the most difficult moments of their lives.
Thank you for helping me honour Michael’s memory and support this important cause. ❤️
