My challenge is in honour of Luca
I’m fundraising to save little lives this August!
This August, I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge for a cause that has become deeply personal to my family.
In March, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beautiful son, Luca, at 21 weeks. No parent should ever have to go through the pain of losing a child, yet every day in Australia, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly. It’s a club no one ever wants to be part of.
I’m doing this challenge in Luca’s memory, and to help other families who find themselves facing the same unimaginable loss. Every dollar raised helps fund vital research to save little lives, while also providing counselling and support to families during the darkest time of their lives.
