Doing what we can

The world is a scary place right now. With a child of my own, I think of all the little lives living in war and poverty, lost to circumstances that feel out of our control. I've had a general feeling of helplessness I'd like to understand that further. If I can be part of recognising the lives of children regardless of how the loss was experienced, then hopefully I can do my part in honouring all the ways the world could be a better place.
