I’m wearing a Red Nose in August, to help save little lives & support families.

As a child, I remember the Red Nose appeal and seeing people and cars wearing their red noses proudly. And I haven't seen it much as an adult.

So I'm here to help make it visible again & I pledge that once I have my red nose, I will wear it on each 3km adventure I go on, whether its a walk, jog or run, during the day or at night.

Please help me stay accountable and bring awareness back to the  Red Nose Appeal and to support the families impacted by the sudden or unexpected loss of their baby.

Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.

Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.

I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives – that’s why I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge this August!

Donate to my fundraiser now and you’ll help fund vital research that will save little lives – and provide counselling and support to families that have experienced the devastation of losing a precious baby or child.

I hope you’ll support me with a kind donation today, and help make the world a bright place for the little lives and their families that need it most.

My Impact

I've helped provide 3 professional counselling sessions to families devastated by the loss of a treasured baby or child.

Day 4

Tuesday 4th Aug
Although the weekday 3kms are later at night, I’m proud to have completed them given I’m still maintaining my 6am Pilates / Yoga / Strength sessions.
I’m alternating between each day between a walk or a run, which is working well so far.
Tomorrow I also play basketball, so may walk again to save my running for the game.

But overall, thumbs up for Ange 👍🔴
