I’m fundraising to save little lives this August!
On July 1st, 2025, my beautiful nephew Tate Jack Johanson was born prematurely. He was with us for only a few precious minutes, but in that time, he brought so much love and left an imprint on all of our hearts. Tate is the much loved son of my brother Nathan and my sister-in-law Rhi, and he will be remembered always.
Every day in Australia, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly. Some families only get minutes or days with their precious bubbies. Others never get to see their child take their first breath. We walk for all of them and especially for Tate.
This August, my daughter Lainey and I are walking 3km every day for Red Nose Day, joined by our dear family friend Jodie. Together, we’re raising funds to support grieving families and help fund the vital research needed to save little lives.
By donating to our fundraiser, you’re helping to provide:
- Critical support and counselling for families living through unimaginable heartbreak
- Groundbreaking research to reduce the number of lives lost too soon
- Education and awareness to prevent sudden infant and child deaths
Please support us with a kind donation today, and help make the world a brighter, safer place for little lives and the families who love them.
Every step we take is for Tate 💛
Thank you for walking beside us.
