Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.

Some families only get minutes or days with their precious little ones. Others never get to see their child take their first breath.

I want to support parents that have experienced this unimaginable heartbreak, and raise funds to help save little lives – that’s why I’ve signed up for Red Nose Day this August.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank every single one of you who has donated, shared, liked, or even taken the time to read our post.

We reached our original fundraising goal of $500 in just 22 minutes after going live, and thanks to your incredible support, we hit our new goal of $1000 in under 24 hours 🤯

We are absolutely blown away. Your generosity and kindness mean more to us than words can say. This cause is deeply personal, and knowing it resonates with others brings so much comfort. Your support doesn’t just help us, it also touches the lives of around 9 other families every single day that is affected with baby loss.

This year, Cheyne and I are taking part in Red Nose Day, a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts after our boy was still born in November 2023.

In honour of our beautiful boy Liam, we’re raising funds to help Red Nose continue their life-changing work: supporting grieving families, funding research into stillbirth and SIDS, and helping prevent the unimaginable from happening to others.

Red Nose has been there for us in ways we can never repay, including providing us with free 1:1 grief counselling over the past months. This fundraiser is one small way we can give back and help other families walking a similar path.
