Hi everyone!
This August I’m taking on the Red, Set, Go Challenge in support of Red Nose. My goal is to walk/run 300km across the month.
Every day, families across Australia experience the unimaginable heartbreak of losing a baby, child or pregnancy.
I am participating as this cause is incredibly close to my heart. Over the last two years my husband and I have experienced the heartbreak of pregnancy loss during the second trimester, with the loss of our much-loved babies, Jane (17w) and Squish (15w).
While every family’s journey is different, we know that the grief doesn’t disappear when the pregnancy ends. Our babies will always be a part of our family. Red Nose bereavement support provides comfort, connection and guidance to families navigating one of the hardest experiences imaginable. Knowing you don’t have to face that grief alone can make an enormous difference.
If you’re able to, I’d be so grateful for your support. Every donation helps Red Nose continue providing counselling, resources and compassionate support to families who need it most, while also helping fund research to save little lives in the future.
