We're fundraising to save little lives this August!

Every day, nine babies and children are lost suddenly or unexpectedly in Australia.

This August, we’re taking part in the Red Nose Fitness Challenge for a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. ❤️

In 2022, my sister Zoe’s beautiful daughter, Pia, was born sleeping. Pia was due just one day before our daughter, Kiani. We often think about the life they would have shared growing up side by side, and we know they would have been the very best of friends.

Pia will forever be part of our family, our story and the reason this cause means so much to us. We know Kiani carries a little piece of Pia with her every day and lives life that little bit bigger for the both of them. ❤️

But we also know our story is sadly not an isolated one. Within our own Kinetic Grind family and wider community, there may be members, friends and families who have experienced the heartbreaking loss of a pregnancy, baby or child — whether openly or privately.

So this August, we move for Pia, and we move for them too.

We’re raising funds for Red Nose to help support families through unimaginable loss, fund vital research and ensure families don’t have to navigate their grief alone.

For Pia. For our members. For our community. For every little life loved, remembered and never forgotten. ❤️
