Join me on August 10th at Happy Melon Studios for a special Red Nose Day yoga class in honour of my brother Ben, who tragically passed away from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). This event is dedicated to supporting Red Nose Australia, an organisation that does incredible work funding research, supporting families, and helping save little lives so that no family has to endure what mine did.
Red Nose has been making a difference for over 30 years, and the funds raised in that time led to the creation of the Safe Sleep Program, which has reduced the rate of SIDS in Australia by an incredible 80%! But there is still so much work to do and so many families that rely on their support. By supporting this fundraiser, you could help discover the next breakthrough in the fight against SIDS, stillbirth, and miscarriage. Every dollar raised also helps keep Red Nose support services free and open 24/7 for grieving parents and families.
This event is more than just a fundraiser; it is a testament to Ben’s memory and a commitment to helping others in their time of need. Together, we can bring light to the darkest moments and hope to those who need it most.
The event will include a 60 min yoga class followed by a raffle, with all proceeds going directly to Red Nose Australia. Tickets for the class are $50, and each raffle ticket is $5. Spaces are limited, but if you miss out, you can still buy raffle tickets and even attend the class online. We have some amazing raffle prizes, including a personal fitting with Lululemon!
Any amount, big or small, can have a profound effect on the lives of thousands of Australian families. Even if you cannot make the class, we would greatly appreciate any donation to this amazing cause.
