I have created this tribute page to honour our special boy Sebastian Moore Iturrieta this Red Nose Day.
Two and a half years ago Sebastian was born still. He was one in six babies born still that day. We were one in six families to hear the dreaded words "I'm sorry but there is no heartbeat".
